Magnolia Station is owned and managed by Lyte Development Company a Dallas leader in loft conversions. The property opened November 15, 1993. Magnolia Station is the only historic community of its kind, tucked away just north of Downtown Dallas and Woodall Rodgers Freeway at Field Street.
